Nic Quilter and the Prisoners of Jazzkaban

The Prisoners of Jazzkaban is a bar band that doesn’t drink, a rock band that doesn’t play at 11, and a jazz band that doesn’t wear ties. They aren’t quite sure who they are, which is probably why their name is a Harry Potter pun.

Nic Quilter leads the band in a charge through an electric, eclectic, extra-curricular set of tight grooved originals, obligatory covers, and unnecessarily action-packed arrangements.

This weekend at Wildwood, the band features Nic at the helm, Jackson Campbell holding down the low end, and Charlie Orton on the drum throne. They both bring a high levels of musicianship and playful energy sure to suck you in.
