Together, we’ll clear stagnation, dissolve false narratives, and loosen inherited patterns that have quietly shaped your story. Through rhythmic breath and intentional facilitation, space opens in the body and mind — space for joy, freedom, clarity, and authentic power to emerge.

Participants may experience temperature fluctuations, emotional release, expanded awareness, and a profound lightness of being. We’ll close with a grounding sound bath to integrate and anchor the work.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything that helps you feel supported (eye mask, pillow, etc.)

Your Facilitators

Teri Hall

Teri is a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator based in Driggs, Idaho. She began her work with yoga and the breath in 2017, when she chose recovery over the comfort of substances—discovering practices that would profoundly change the way she related to herself and the world around her.

Her work is centered on guiding others back home to themselves; a remembering—into deeper connection with their bodies, their inner landscape, and the world around them. She works with the layers we carry—patterns, fears, old stories, and ancestral trauma—tensions held in the body that quietly shape how we move through life.

Drawing from her training with David Elliott and Erin Telford, Teri’s approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply human. She creates spaces where people can soften, unravel what’s been held, and make space for clarity, joy, and emotional freedom!

Hanna Austin

Hanna has been playing sound bath for three years and attending them for much longer! She finds so much beauty in this energetic form of frequency medicine. She loves how every sound bath experience is unique and the receivers often find what they’re looking for. Hanna has lived in Jackson for 10 years where she offers bodywork, energywork, yoga, and community events such as dancing and Reiki Circles. She actually spent her first year in the area living in Victor and working at the Knotty Pine and Grand Targhee! She is so excited to come over the pass to collaborate with Teri to Offer this healing experience to the community!
